Our flight was delayed so we advised hotel of late arrival. They replied with directions for finding key. Your advertisement was in name of Brandauers Villen Superior. We could not find key at this property and nobody ever mentioned that this hotel was connected under ground with SEEHOTEl, a separate property. We were very distressed and tired. We were surprised that a four star hotel had no night staff on duty . We contacted a friend who came to help and was able to figure out the connection with building next door and found the key. In the envelope with key was a letter giving an emergency number, which was no benefit to us. I tried to point out this issue to receptionist but

I had an excellent stay at Apollo Achtquartier! The location is great—peaceful yet close to everything you might need. Loved my stay here! The staff was super friendly and welcoming — you can really tell they care about their guests. The room was cozy and comfortable, with cute local-style decorations that made it feel special. Everything was clean and well taken care of.
