The hotel and the swimming pool were very clean. The swimming pool was a good size. It is a beautiful modernized traditional building. The room was very clean and in a good condition, it was even checked to make sure no bugs were there before we moved in. The breakfast was very good with lots of baked options and cakes, lots of choice generally, more like a lunch! The bread was excellent. They had pao de queijo.

A beautiful hotel in a cute town. A great place to make base when visiting chapada Diamantina. Great design and decor, very roomy and spacious, in the middle of nature. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is delicious with great variety. A huge swimming pool with jacuzzi complete the stay, helping us relax after a day of hiking.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the host was incredibly kind and the staff was also amazing. The property is great the rooms are clean and comfortable, the water pressure in the shower is great. But in my opinion the highlight of our experience was definitely the breakfast that has far exceeded all our expectations. The attention to the detail, the location and proximity to the town make this the perfect spot to stay.

A great place to stay in the heart of the Chapada Diamantina National Park with all its sights and trails. The Pousada is a little oasis of green, with a nice pool and a good restaurant. The food was really good with some nice local options and welcome salads and juices. I was very happy to stay there and would go back again. The road access is quite gruelling (I was coming from Vitoria da Conquista) but the last stretch from Palmeiras to Capao is in the process of a mega upgrade which will made the hotel much more accessible. The little road leading to the hotel will be a challenge in wet weather. It would be useful to have the street sign of the hotel illuminated for those arriving after dark - I had some difficulty finding the right place. A few small additions to the room would make it a little more comfortable: a chair and table, a kettle to boil water.
