Everything, this is our third time in Casa la val and it has been perfect as each time we visted, the staff is very kind and respectfull and the place was very very clean as always. I highly recommend this place.

Very good location in the mountains, the room is clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast offers some options, I would suggest some omlette, not only boiled eggs. The hotel has also a restaurant and a bar. If you arrive by train from Andermatt, you can get down at Acla da Fontauna station, just before Disentis, it's much closer than Disentis. I have also received a message from the hotel that they can provide free transfer from train station, but didn't require it since Acla da Funtauna is 8 minutes walking distance. I looked for this information, the breakfast time is from 7:30-10:30.

I travel a lot and lots of experience with 5-star hotels. This one is definitely in my top 3. Very large and modern with some vintage touches. Suites are huge and well equipped with tablet to operate everything. Nice sugar bar, wine bar, multiple kitchens, really nice spa. Staff is really good and sincerely polite and helpful.

This property is amazing. The staff are fantastic, professional and helpful. The amenities are first class, including the bike storage and bike washing station. Breakfast has a wide variety to please everyone. Rooms are a good size. Short walk into town and the train station.

The location is out of a fairytale: surrounded by wonderful nature, peaceful and with plenty to do. The lodge itself is very tastefully made, comfortable with anything one desires. The highlight of our trip was the staff! They were all so welcoming, always smiling and very polite! We spent New Year’s there and although they were with us instead of their families, they were every minute of it in such good mood that their vibe was contagious!
