The hostel is excellent, very clean and comfortable, and in a great location - right on the water, with beautiful views, and less than 10 minutes from the bus station. The kitchen is very big and well equipped for guests, with spices, tea/coffee, etc. and shared spaces are kept very clean and welcoming. Our bedroom was very comfortable. Sandro is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond to give advice on restaurants, buses and also detailed suggestions for day trips, including Google map routes which we found super helpful and filled our four days on Chiloé Island! We highly recommend this hostel!

A large, clean, gorgeous property! Super comfortable bed, a large kitchenette, and a private deck, on stilts, jutting right out into the bay, with million-dollar views! An amazing place to stay.

An outdoor swimming pool, a sauna room and gym facilities can be enjoyed at Hotel de Castro. There are comfortable common areas, Wi-Fi is free and the town’s main square is 200 metres from the hotel.

It’s a wonderful place. It had everything I was expecting and more! The people are so nice and the place was very beautiful and peaceful, can’t imagine coming to Chile without visiting Castro, Chiloe! Thank you so much for the great experience!
