Easy to find with loads of free parking. The staff speak good English and are very friendly and professional. The rooms are very large, clean, well appointed and very comfortable (apart from our air conditioning wasn’t working properly - which was the main reason we chose this hotel. They did try to fix it but weren’t successful). The food in the restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced.

Located in the medieval village of Besse-et-St-Anastaise, 500 metres from the centre, this hotel is only 6 km from the Super Besse Winter Sports and Summer Mountain Resort.

Excellent dinner in their restaurant, and full breakfast with lots of local produce. Staff particularly friendly and efficient. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Location is outstanding, we came back here partly because of the views. The staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. We love the charcuterie there. Breakfast was lovely and a great selection. Our room was clean, a proper shower, not a bath and the bed was comfortable. Balcony had amazing views.

Property has fantastic location on the lakeside. Parking was easy and straightforward. Staff and hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. Very clean, very friendly.
