Everything was excellent! The location of the hotel is very good in relation to the cave bath. The hotel facilities are very nice, modern and everywhere was clean. We had a nice big room with a beautiful view to the mountains. There was good internet connection. The spa facilities were excellent we really enjoyed everything, I personally liked the salt-room. We stayed there half board. The food was excellent, with a great choice of various hot and cold dishes, lots of fruits, cakes, ice-cream and various hot and cold drinks to follow. There was live music during the evening meal. From the moment we entered the hotel all the staff were very nice and helpful. We had a great time there and cannot wait to return. Thank you.

The staff was very nice and willing to help. We ordered 2 rooms (as there was no room to accomodate all 6 of us - 2 adults + 4 children) and the staff went over their head to find us 2 adajcent rooms and provided all of our needs. They did it in such a pleasant way and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well accessorized and the overall stay was excellent.

We had the most wonderful stay at Zemplen Terrace. Amazing value for the price. Insanely beautiful apartment decorated with such taste. The property owner met me at the property at the time organised. The keys for the apartment and card for the parking space were explained very thoroughly. The property was very large, modern and had all the facilities required for a stay. It was a 1 minute walk to the main street so location could not be better. It was very quiet at night. The owner was very helpful in any other matters I had. I can recommend this property to anyone as I would definitely say there again.
