The bungalow was great, the bathroom was stunning. The hotel is really friendly, staff are really welcoming. They provide (at an extra charge) scooter, snorkeling trips and transfer from the harbour.

Very nice room, in a very nice garden. The hosts very the best thing, they were always there, helping me with the transportation, organizing tours and answering all my questions. They are a wonderful family :) The room is spacious and the bathroom is big, there is a nice terrace where breakfast is served.

Staff and hospitality, exceptional. Great food! Breakfast included but do not miss the opportunity to eat other meals here. Our favourite meal on the island was here in this rustic, delightful cafe. Great location, across the road from beach. Loads of eateries etc in walking distance. Delightful, real taste of real island life.

Great place and perfect location if you need to take a boat to the gili Islands. Good breakfast and very nice people. The room was beautiful, perfectly clean and comfortable.

The staff is really friendly, accommodating and thoughtful. The rooms are cleaned every day, the restaurant has excellent choices, breakfast can be traditional or continental. We did it all, massage, swimming pool, beach, day out snorkeling, day out hiking at Mount/lake Batur. They can organize all the trips for you. It’s very convenient to experience other restaurants and shops if you feel like. The location is calmer than other points of the island and it’s the reason for us to choose Candidasa. We loved it!

We had a great stay. The service was excellent as well as the food. The breakfast was also very good. We snorkel just outside the restaurant and saw loads of coral, nice fish and sea turtles. It was a really great stay and exceeded our expectations.
