I love this resort! The staff are the most friendliest people on the planet and are very accommodating. Great service and super helpful. The resort is breathtaking and surrounding by millions of palm trees and located right at the beach. We enjoyed all the facilities like spa, restaurants, multiple pools etc that the resort had to offer. We were treated discount vouchers for food and massages and got to do a free photo shoot by their Paparazi team. If you’re going to Lombok, GO HERE!

Staff were amazing, would do anything for you with hand written note from cleaning staff to towel art left on the bed. Location is a short walk to everything you need. Food in hotel was great with a wide selection to choose from, staff would call with a reminder to not miss breakfast. Not a resort but a well organised, professional hotel. A great stay.

Wonderful, spacious, shady and playful pools, great for family /kids or just a quiet, weekend getaway. Have come here several times before and the service standards are up to par. Most friendly and helpful staff. Clean beach, a couple of nice restaurants next door and 10min walk from local services. A bit out of the way, so you will need driver/motorbike to get around

Very comfortable perfect stay. The room was large, beautiful and luxurious. The staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast is really good. Drinking water fountain outside the room. We got excellent massages in the spa. It was perfect to recover from our Rinjani trek, and we would have liked to stay longer.

The private pool and courtyard belonging to the house were very pleasant. The island is small, but local bicycles were available for free, which made it much easier to get to restaurants and the beach. The breakfast was adequate. A perfect place to relax in a truly peaceful environment.
