Staff in the bar were brilliant very good and so friendly, Grace at reception was so kind and lovely on arriving We were a bit early but she managed to get us our rooms which was so kind and really appreciated.

The property is spacious and perfect for us as a family of four…in fact it felt too big for us at times, we didn’t realise how spacious the property would be. My children loved the big kitchen, dining room, lounge area and I loved the fact that there was no tv in there, as we were in there a lot as a family and actually talked without any distracting screens. We made the mistake of following the sat nav and going left out the property and it the road was slightly narrow, we ensured we already headed for the N17 after that! Annie had let me know the new wifi password prior to arrival and also where the switch for the hot water was
