I have stayed here, several times, and service is always exceptional. From the moment you enter the hotel, the staff makes you feel very special. I got upgraded on my last visit and the reception staff took no time to work us to our rooms. The dining facility is par excellence, the breakfast quality is really good. I had a fantastic 2 week stay. The hotel and my room I could not fault. All the staff from front desk, housekeeping and the dining room provided an outstanding service. The food was delicious, just a little spicy to what I am used to. The bar upstairs for me was perfect as they had pool tables which was a great plus. Next to the hotel there is a mall and across the road a 24 hour shop and a couple of places to eat. Overall, I highly recommended.

This hotel is excellent and the staff extremely helpful. I would like to personally mention the Reservations Manager Enakshmi Shaw who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We attended a wedding in the hotel that was also managed extremely well. Highly recommended .
