1) Great staff, they went out of their way to help when we had some missing medication. They even had emergency medication with them. 2) Great facilities, there's a small gym room, Pool, nice landscaping and a pleasant ambience. 3) location was ideal for me, it was not too far away from Munnar and was located such that everything can be covered in a short duration. 4) the view from the room, the beds, towels and everything was great!

Our recent stay at the Wild Avenue Resort and Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, nestled amidst lush greenery with stunning views of Thekkady. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with modern amenities. The resort's amenities were impressive, including a fantastic pool area, a spa and a variety of dining options that catered to all tastes. Special thanks and huge shout out to Resort staff Suresh, Aditya, Vijisha, Krishnapriya, Amina, Murchitha, Rishal who were very helpful and courteous. We would recommend all our family and friends to enjoy the great experience by staying in this Resort. They arranged for transportation for visiting various places and even checked on our safety and well being during our travel. The breakfast buffet was full of various food varieties and very delicious.

Resembling a traditional tribal village, Spice Village offers thatched-roof cottages with a minibar. The property houses an outdoor pool, tennis court and skilled Ayurvedic doctors.

Beautiful setting in large garden environment where all the plants have been identified. All very peaceful, and guinea fowl running around added to the serene feel. Lovely pool area with lots of lounges. Location at one end of town and in walking distance to cultural centre and boat pickup point. Very friendly staff. Great bar with all beverages and lovely cocktails.
