The hotel is very clean, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, good breakfast in a very nicely decorated and clean area. In addition to clean towels and cleaning, we had clean bed linen every day, the rooms were spotless. I noticed that one of the maids is very young, about the same as my daughter, barely of legal age, but this young lady does her job phenomenally and is very polite. Also the receptionist Luca, with whom we communicated the most out of all the staff, was very nice, kind and helpful. Thank you Luca for your help with parking and ztl zones! I must also emphasize that our dog was welcome everywhere in the hotel, even in the breakfast area, and that the additional cost for the dog is symbolic and I have never paid less for a dog anywhere than here. Only the place where the hotel is located does not leave any impression. It is an industrial zone and there are no facilities, especially not for families, but Vicenza is 10 minutes away by car, Padova is about half an hour away, as is Verona, so the location of the hotel itself is not that important when all the other pluses are taken into account . If we find ourselves in that part of Italy again, we will be very happy to stay in this hotel again and can only recommend it.

Very big rooms and confortable for a family of 4. We had a great time at the pool, it was silence and there is a gorgeus scenary down the hill. It would have been great to spend more then one night. The hotel is on a hill from where you can walk around, 5 min by car to town. The breakfast had a good variety of sweet food and some salty. The girls at the reception were friendly and helpful. We liked everything.

The host was incredibly kind and picked us up from the train station by car, due to the heat. He also recommended us some restaurants and told us a little bit about the town. This apartment was extremely comfortable. There is airconditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room, which you can adjust in strength per room. The kitchen and living room are spacious, just as all the other rooms in the apartment. The location was top notch, just behind the cozy main square where you can have a drink or a delicious meal. There’s even a washer for clothes that we didn’t know about beforehand but was really convenient to have. The bathroom has a tub, which felt quite luxurious. Would recommend this apartment very much! Clean, tidy and has everything you need. We visited Cittadella one of our days here, which we would also recommend as a day trip.

We had a wonderful stay in the Key Hotel, Vicenza which was our base to explore the Veneto region a bit. Regarding the hotel, everything was great for us. The staff was helpful, friendly and we felt very welcome. The room and bathroom were spacious, beds comfortable and air conditioning worked super well. There was a minibar outside of the rooms. We didn’t use the breakfast and parking options.
