I will now leave a very long review for those who is looking for something special not a traditional ‘south B&B’. The hotel is located rather far away from Brindisi and Melagne. I would say this is more likely to be an advantage for those who is tired from the noisy busy cities. But I am not sure it is possible to get without the car. It is absolutely new renovated building. The property is renovated on the ruins of an old farming. The owners told me this has taken them 10 years to come up with this project from idea to a first working day on August,6 this year. The materials are very expensive. And you feel the special atmosphere in every detail you see here. The owners of the hotel is a family of two brothers and a sister which makes this a traditional family business with all those great things like home made pie during the breakfast and full time hospitality. What is very important they have improved the tradition of the on-line check-in which comes from well-operated hospitality businesses. That means you can get your room almost any time. The very special part of this review should go to Dario. He is the owner and as I feel the main inspirer of the project. I would only comment that they give 5 star hospitality. Still you should understand that hotel is located almost in the field. And you will get it after ridding through fields. Next year they are planning to reconstruct a swimming pool which would add some comfort during the long hot season. I would highly recommend for those who does not want to spend extra money but wants to get a high level service.

spent three nights in this hostel with a friend. everything is new, everything is clean, pleasant staff and friendly staff, you can turn to them for any help. Very tasty bar and food. Here air conditioner works! Very nice price/quality ratio. I recommend! P.s. There is a small wish/suggestion: to have a small kitchen for self-service,Would be very convenient for travelers

It was clean, and well located, we thought it was very good value! Mattia was a fantastic host and make check in very easy. So lovely of him to leave coffee and iced tea, we were made to feel very welcome.

Wow this certainly is the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in (and I have travelled a lot)! The 2pp bubble bath was incredible, very good quality bed, spacious room etc. Also the host was very friendly. Will definitely come back again!
