Everything! From the warm welcome with detailed instructions, to the exceptional apartment with all mod cons (and a detailed instruction manual for every appliance) to the Netflix subscription free for guests. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rainfall shower was amazing. The location is in the heart of one of the best areas for night life, and right by La Reggia di Caserta but you can still get to sleep undisturbed. The accommodation felt super safe with a gated entrance. We will definitely come back!

"We loved the hotel where we stopped on our way to Amalfi. The owner was very hospitable and attentive; despite our late check-in, he waited for us at night. There was a parking area.The breakfast in the morning and the homemade cakes were delicious. Elena (the dog) was also very sweet."

Gorgeous breakfast and super friendly reception staff. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable. Everything was spotless and the place was quiet. This grand hotel takes your breath away from the moment you step inside. Everything about the stay was exceptional. We felt like we were living in a castle. The chandelier and ceiling in the atrium has to be seen to be believed. The decor is perfect to match it. Service top notch, great breakfast and dining room. The swimming pool area is also outstanding. No need to leave the hotel. Close taxi ride to Grand Palace in Caserta designed by same architect as hotel!

I will definitely start take care with the property's rating on Booking.com. Most guests are European or American, and they value "friendliness", smiling, waving, calling by name and find it beautiful to stay in a homely atmosphere. They don't care about comfort, high standard of services, quality of bed, furniture, shower, 24-hour reception and everything that a reasonable hotel has, expensive investment objective. But they don't give a good evaluation because they consider the treatment to be impersonal. This is the case with this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay in Caserta. The room was very clean, tidy, luminous and well prepared. The bathroom, wifi and kitchen have also met my expectations. I have greatly appreciated the amazing location in the renovated building on the central street. Actually everything looked better than on the pictures.
