I really loved the free bicycle rental service — riding around the area while seeing Mount Fuji was such a memorable experience! The staff were kind, spoke good English, and were always happy to help. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It's nearby the train station. The have a free shuttle that takes you from and to the hotel. If you don't have to call them, just go to the information center and they will call them to get you. We stayed at the japanese style room. The futon was comfortable. It had a great view of the lake. The breakfast has a lot of optiona and it is delicious. The offer a special dinner that is amazing. The private onsen was clean. The staff is very kind and they alway have at least one that speak english.
