staff friendly and polite, I made the hotel reservation on the booking website, after completing the reservation I realized that the room was for smokers, I asked for a room change, they promptly moved me to a non-smoking room, The meal had a huge variety of food, the breakfast was also fantastic, I definitely want to stay there again

The staff was very kind and the food was amasing! The interior was beautiful and the hot spring was nice too. They change it every over night and I was only in one but very happy with that one. Travelers tip if you visit: learn a bit of japanese. They know some engelish but some sentences in japanese are good to have.
