Everything is perfect. The staff are very kind and sincerely helpful. Location just 5mins walk from Yudanaka station. You can take the bus to Snow Monkey park and Shiga Kogen Ski resort from there. Breakfast and Dinner are very good choices and delicious. Indoor/ Outdoor Onsen are so good. Love it so much.

I stayed at a japanese style room. The photos do not show how good the room was: it was really nice, with amazing views and a little balcony. I felt like being in a movie. The onsen is also super. They provide bufet style breakfast with lot of japanese food, I even tried natto. The staff is super friendly and helpful: everytime when I seemed to be lost somebody helped me without being asked, and it was never a problem that I don't know the local customs, somebody always told me how and what to do. I really enjoyed my stay there! The hotel has a minibus, and they give you a lift to/from the train station and the monkey park, which was also very lovely!

Incredible service and incredible overall experience. It's like staying in a fancy cabin in the snow. The lounge area with the giant fireplace is awesome, very nice food, very spacious rooms and first class facilities such as the onsens and indoor swimming pool. The decor could be interpreted as dated (as other reviews have stated) but we felt this simply adds to the warmth and cosiness of the establishment. The service here is seriously next level and it is fantastic value for money.
