The staff was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Also, with the hostel being so close to the station, the Upopoy Ainu museum, and great restaurants, the location couldn't be better. Would highly recommend.

Good location in town. Staff (very nice) made parking hassle-free for us. Cheap and easy laundry service. Breakfast was limited on western options but good selection of Asian food. Overall, good value for money. While there isn’t that much to see in the town it has some good dining options and it’s a handy base for visiting the Shikotsu-Toya region.
