Johanna is such a nice and interesting person! She made us feel super comfortable and was always checking if everything was okay with our stay. The breakfast was perfect, the room was big, clean and comfortable and Johanna made us feel at home, also suggesting places to see and to visit. The house is super central, you can walk to the city centre and has a lot of restaurants and cafes around.

Utrecht is such a nice city. Not too big so the hotel was close to everything (walking distance). I think Crowne Plaza is just a quality concept and this stay was no different. We found it a bit odd that the hotel entrance was inside a mall, but there was nothing to put a finger on. Nice, clean/tidy rooms with good space, good facilities, great and welcoming staff. Good breakfast buffet. Overall nice stay and good value for money.
