Each of them demonstrated exceptional professionalism, warmth, and support throughout our stay. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their customer service. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean and comprehensively equipped. It exceeded all of our expectations. Guests are not required to bring any additional items, as the facility provides a wide range of amenities, including toiletries, crockery, towels, extra mattress, a microwave, an electric kettle, a stove, tissue paper, dishwashing liquid, sponges, and a smart TV equipped with a variety of entertainment applications and channels. Additionally, an underground parking facility is available for convenience. The cleanliness of the premises was outstanding. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to others.

Located at the heart of Albaha city, this apartment suite provides the perfect stay for family. The apartments have excellent facilities with furniture, bathrooms and rooms which are very modern and contemporary. Staff is cordial and polite; responds positively and quickly to your needs. Could work more towards improving their communication and interaction skills. Breakfast is good quality with limited options, but it’s better than giving way too many items that you can’t have. Overall a great experience and hope they maintain the property well and keep the rates reasonable Highly recommended
