The Banyan Tree Lang Co excelled at customer service. It was really a five star experience. We didn’t pick the best time to go to Vietnam as it was cloudy most days but the staff and especially our villa host Yen brightened each day for us.

I have traveled to many places around the world and consider myself someone who has seen it all. After years of traveling, I have developed a knack for spotting a good deal. This property is a great deal. There were one or two people who left bad reviews, but I would say they don’t know what they’re talking about. You’re in Vietnam, so you must be open-minded and have realistic expectations. Everything was great. The rooms are clean, you have decent view there is WhatsApp support in case you have questions or needs, and you have access to a rooftop pool. There’s a store on the ground floor and a coffee bar. For the price, staying a week in two apartments, I can’t rate it lower than a 10.

Seashore Hotel & Apartment is a stunningly beautiful beach hotel in Da Nang. The white, silky sandy beach ⛱ is just across the road from the hotel. The hotel staff is wonderful, kind and helpful. The hotel has a lovely roof top swimming pool which offers stunning views of the beautiful coastline. The front desk staff was very kind, they assisted my friend Natasha, with whom I was on holiday in Vietnam, to sort out her return ticket. The General Manager Ms My, Ngoc Tan, Ms Thao, Ms Ny were exceptional. Tan helped my friend to reach the ATM inorder to obtain cash. The ATM is quite a distance from the hotel, Tan took Natasha there on his motorbike 😍
