Super comfortable beds and hot showers. Staff were great - Jonny, Agustina, Gonzalo all really went out of their way to organise good activities and bring all the guest together to socialise. Super good as a solo traveller.

We booked their transport services and excursions to the Parque Nacional Los Glaciares and El Chalten, they're exceptionally punctual. Ismael was really attentive as a guide and driver, gave us great recommendations as to where to dine and the local dishes.

Staff is nice and helpful, rooms large and very comfortable, super clean. Many good services like massages. So far it’s the best hotel in my journey. Can seriously recommend.

Location is suitable for those who travel by car. Heating works well. The host is welcoming and friendly. We were offered late checkout, and it was nice.
