Very easy to check-in and check-out without additional communication with the stuff.

I stayed one night, and it was one of the best accommodations I have experienced so far. Owners provided very clear information on the location and check-in procedures with reference photos on time. Situated in Oberafiesl, 50 km from Casino Linz, Hotel AVIVA - für Singles & Alleinreisende features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. we did not know it was a "Singles" hotel but it was fine for my mother and us. People were friendly and staff was lovely and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and views were breathtaking. The forest and field/trail walks were lovely and hiking and swimming were our major pass times as well as visiting with friends. The indoor swimming pool was lovely and the outdoor pond a great plunging pond in September after a hot tub visit. Dinners were exceptional and breakfast is "healthy" with many choices. There is always a vegan/vegetarian option available.
