The location of the hotel is great with very nice facilities and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent and the staff there were very friendly and providing excellent service specially Mr. Ahmad Qaffiny who was always available to accommodate our requests with a very nice personality and smile. We checked in on the new year eve and it was very nice to see the celebration and fire works around the hotel.

Tamseen was great at reception and giving us best room. Mohammed Ali welcomed us at ground floor and gave good tips about city. I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Bahrain. I booked the Signature Room, and it was absolutely wonderful—very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The hotel service was exceptional; they even helped us clean our wedding dresses, which was such a thoughtful touch. I would like to especially thank Farhad, Mohamed Abdel Mohsen, and Mohamed from the staff for their outstanding assistance. Their professionalism and kindness made our stay even more memorable. This was my first time in S plaza suites hotel and for sure its not the last. Lovely place , very helpful staff (especially Ibraheem at the reception), amazing location and suitable price. My 1st accommodation option in bahrain for the next visits.
