Check in was easy and they made arrangements for breakfast since we couldn’t eat there due to the tours. Bed and room were extremely comfortable and shower was always hot! We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend for anyone. The location is perfect, super close to the agency we booked the tours with and very close to the Main Street where we ate every day. Breakfast was very good with different options.

The heating system in the room worked very well well and we were kept warm and cosy at night. We also loved the ala carte breakfast. The hotel also went the extra mile by packing breakfast for us on days that we were heading out early in the morning. Such superb service!

The staff is super nice and the they have wifi which I did not expect. The bed is comfortable and at night we didn't feel cold at all. Parking space on the street and the breakfast is super nice. We loved the bread, traditional Chilean bread Shower is small but you can manage

Loved being on the outskirts of town with a great view ( we did have a hired car). Loved the layout of the camp, enough kitchen space, plenty of showers & toilets. Divine swimming pool. Comfortable tent & beds. Staff were very friendly.
