Pamela was a wonderful host, breakfast was simple but delicious, we were right where we wanted to be, just around the corner from restaurants, markets, the town square and beautiful church. Best of all our immaculately clean rooms were in a tranquil cactus garden, where we enjoyed peaceful hours relaxing after long days in the desert. We didn’t want to leave!

Peumayen Atacama cabaña&Hostal is located in San Pedro de Atacama and has a pool with a view and mountain views. Stop looking and book - you’ll be so happy you did! This place is even better than the photos. We stayed 4 nights and really wish we’d stayed a month. It’s a serious gem - quiet and super peaceful. Plenty of shaded parking. Our accommodation was spacious and the kitchen super convenient. We loved having a private little courtyard. We all enjoyed the pool, hammocks, ping pong, foosball, swing chairs and the trampoline too! It was the perfect place to come home to at the end of a day of exploring. Our son celebrated his 14th birthday here and we will never forget it! We would love to go back. Thank you at much Juan Carlos!

Exceptional stay! I spent my vacation with Victor, the host. We felt welcomed and at home. I confirm the reviews here on Booking.com; they're all true, and that's what made the difference in our choice. We're independent travelers and were fortunate to spend our days here. Victor also organized our four days in Bolivia, keeping our car in private parking. The area is very quiet and safe, a 10-minute walk from the center and close to supermarkets. San Pedro is a tourist-friendly town; I loved it. We didn't have any problems with the cold, as we had both a radiator and an electric heater. The room was always cleaned every day. The breakfast was good and if you go away early, Victor prepared a food bag for you. If you need, he offers laundry service. Excellent rate quality-price, especially if you have to stay for many days. Victor always offers excellent advice. Thank you for welcoming us and making us feel comfortable! We love you! :-)
