The front desk staff named Tracy, she is really friendly and helpful, she even assisted me and my friend directly to the local waffle restaurant and the dish was truly delicious!!!! Tracy with her professional English skill and support needs to be rewarded. It made our short trip stay much more enjoyable and specially this is the first time we travel to Beijing!!!! Mumian Beijing Daxing International Airport, part of Hyatt bevindt zich in Beijing, op 46 km van Tempel van de Hemel, en biedt accommodatie met een fitnesscentrum, gratis privéparkeren, een restaurant... It’s next to Daxing International Airport, which suits us as we have early morning flight to catch the next day. We have 2 interconnecting rooms, which give us access to our children’s room and vice versa. Rooms are spacious and clean and beddings are comfortable.

Great Stay in the Heart of Beijing! 🌟 I had a wonderful experience staying at Holiday Inn Beijing. The location is excellent — close to public transport, shops, and cultural sites. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help, even with last-minute requests. My room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with both Western and local options. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the professional service throughout my visit. This hotel definitely delivers great value for money. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

It was exceptionally spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Another feature we loved was the convenience of ordering food delivery and having it brought directly to our room by a service robot — a fun and efficient touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. All the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and willing to help. We would especially like to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Hank Yan, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He assisted us with transport bookings, patiently showed us how to use various apps for food delivery, and helped with any questions we had. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference to our experience. We felt very well supported and free from the usual travel hassles thanks to his assistance. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and service. We would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.
