We stayed at the villa, very spacious, clean and peaceful. Big nice pool at the villa. Excellent service at reception and at the beach. Very nice location in the bay, I would say the best among what we have seen (all other beaches had rough waves and were not swimmable, whereas our beach was peaceful).

Excellent experience in many respects. Room was spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Especially great was it was in 9th floor and from the balcony had almost a 270°view. Also, the breakfast buffet exceeded our group's expectations with a great selection of coffees, entrees, even dessert & fruits, and beverages. The location could not have been better... conveniently located next to the beach and so close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Could be the BEST stay we have experienced at a hotel/resort.

Located in Sanya Bay, Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa is only a 2-minute walk from the beach and the Coconut Dream Corridor. The facilities are great, and the room very comfortable and clean. However, the best part of the hotel is its service level, in particular the one directly provided by the hotel manager Maria. Her very high quality service was amazing - the best service level I’ve encountered in similar hotels.
