Absolutely amazing service, incredible breakfast, and easy to get to all the attractions! The doormen are very helpful solved my problem I had with my Alipay which was nice. Reception was incredibly helpful with allowing a late checkout because I got there really late. Overall was a perfect experience! Definitely will come again!

Er zijn meerdere dingen die ons bevielen: 1. De locatie: Het hotel is centraal gelegen op loopafstand van de metro. Het grenst aan de Raffles City mall. 2. Professionaliteit: Tijdens ons verblijf heeft Yuki Xie van de receptie ons fantastisch geholpen. Ze is super vriendelijk, denkt mee en is zeer behulpzaam. 3. Hygiene: Ella van de housekeeping heeft elke dag onze appartement schoon en netjes gemaakt. 4. Uitrusting: Naast de kookfaciliteiten is er een wasmachine met droger. En erg attent dat het hotel ook wasmiddel erbij geeft.

Dorsett Grand Chengdu biedt 556 ruime kamers en suites, een uitnodigende en gastvrije ambiance en moderne faciliteiten. Er is gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. I loved almost everything about this hotel, from the large airy reception with exceptionally friendly reception staff, the upgraded one bedroom suite, and especially the convenient location, within walking distance of many of the main city centre attractions. I took the opportunity to sign up as a Dorsett member, for future stays.

The breakfast has a variety of local and Xizang specialties. The room is clean and quiet. The Zangzu theme decorated room is very cozy.

Situated in Wuhou District, Kempinski Hotel Chengdu is a 5-minute drive from Chengdu South Train Station. It offers an indoor pool and spacious rooms with a flat-screen TV and free internet access. I enjoyed staying at Kempinski in Chengdu. Lovely hotel, great spacious, modern and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with swimming pool and spa area but I still would come back here next time. In my opinion it's one of the best hotels in the city alongside The Ritz Carlton and The Temple House.
