They were helpful, friendly, did our check in very quick and we had to check out very early in the morning so we asked them to arrange our breakfast as a take away and they were more than happy to help. The view of the hotel was speechless. We were lucky to be there before sunset and had a chance to finish the day with a stunning sunset view. The room size was adequate, beds were comfy, bathroom was very clean and modernly designed.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds are great. Breakfast was a very delicious and traditional Colombian menu. Massages were fun. But the highlight gotta be the service, it's something else. I was sick and needed some medicine, Eduardo, the host, went to the pharmacy in person to get the medicine and even paid from his own pocket. I obviously refunded the money but still, that was something else. No doubt I will stay at this hotel during my next trip. PS. My fiancee and in-laws also loved the place and specially the service.

Room was decorated in Colombian traditional style, outside we could use personal hammock .Liliana Valencia and Omar were so wonderful and helped us enjoy Santa Rosa de Cabal!!!
