Set amid the wonderful Alpine landscapes of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, this traditional 4-star hotel offers elegant rooms and excellent spa facilities. Restaurant & cuisine – The dining room delivered outstanding food, excellent table service, and mountain views that made every meal memorable. Hospitality – Staff throughout the hotel—from check‑in to housekeeping—exceeded every expectation. Breakfast experience – A wide and tasty buffet, prompt service, with hot dishes prepared on request made for an energizing start to each day. Ideal for short stopovers – I originally planned this as a two‑night rest to avoid a long drive after a flight. While I didn’t have time for the spa, its generally praised 1,000 m² wellness area shows just how full a longer stay could be. Impeccable cleanliness – I hold very high standards for hygiene; the room and public areas surpassed them entirely.

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. Great staff, excellent food, fantastic spa/pool area!

Set within 500 metres of Museum Aschenbrenner and 1.1 km of Zugspitzbahn - Talstation in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, "Mittendrin" in Garmisch provides accommodation with seating area. The apartment is new, clean and the location is great, near the center of the town. The parking is safe next to the house. Andrea is very kind and she gave us all the info we need.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible guesthouse in the picturesque village of Neubeuern, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The guesthouse itself is a perfect blend of traditional Bavarian charm and modern comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Served fresh each morning, the spread included locally sourced ingredients, hearty bread, delicious cheeses, and the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. It was the perfect way to start the day. The location is unbeatable. Nestled in a serene and idyllic part of Neubeuern, it’s just a short walk to the charming town center and conveniently located near hiking trails and other attractions. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or an active adventure, this guesthouse provides the ideal base. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the attentive and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering excellent recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and activities in the area. I cannot recommend this guesthouse highly enough. If you’re visiting Neubeuern or the surrounding region, this is the place to stay. It’s an absolute gem and one I look forward to returning to in the future.

Located in Kochel, 8.3 km from Glentleiten Open Air Museum, Danner-Hof provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a spa and wellness centre. Hotel has been updated, just about everything is brand new, to include elevator. Large room with comfortable bed and a table with 2 chairs and a desk with 1 chair. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was amazing- one of the best we've had in our month long trip around Germany/Austria. Spa was nice, had a dry sauna (85C), a bio sauna (35C) and a very nice rest area with chairs and beds, kudos. Less than 1km from amazing hiking/run along river, did a 10miler every morning, loved it. Hotel is not on lake but it isn't too far away- had a nice dinner on lake, many good restaurants near by.

We were impressed how everything was adapted for families with small children. Restaurant offer, facilities, kids size bathrobes (so adorable), swimming pool, playgrounds, kids club - it really makes parents life and vacation so much easier. We all really enjoyed staying there and will definitely come back.

Located in Bad Reichenhall and with Klessheim Castle reachable within 9.3 km, Ferienwohnungen Sernatinger provides express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and a... Everything was super great. Apartment very clean with all amenities. Kids really liked the back garden. You need a car to go to central town but very near Salzburg, retail outlets and other great attractions.
