Each meal was a delight, and the staff there went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially with our toddler. I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Haytham, who checked in with us twice a day to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. He deserves to be called the resort’s superhero! Additionally, Mr. Shehata was always around, ensuring that everything in the resort and the restaurants was running smoothly, which made our stay even more relaxing. The entire team was incredibly honest, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. This level of service and warmth made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a fantastic resort getaway!

On our last day, one of us wasn’t feeling well, and we had a late check-out; Rahim made arrangements that allowed us to relax and enjoy our time despite the situation. We are so grateful to Rahim and the entire hotel staff for making our visit to Hurghada truly unforgettable.

Facing the beachfront, Grand Palace - Couples only 18 years plus offers 5-star accommodation in Hurghada and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. We had a spectacular time and will be back for sure. Our 9 nights flew too fast. Once again one big thank you to the entire crew starting with reception, bar team and all the cooks and all others helping out that hotel works nicely. You made our stay memorable and we will keep telling everyone to visit the hotel. Room was nice and specious. Nights at the balcony enjoying the sound of the sea were amazing. Food selection was great. We loved the sea food and sweets. Selection for breakfast was just what we needed. Gluten free section was highly apreciated. Thank you once again for the late checkout. There is soo much that we did at the hotel and around it that it is sad that I cant fit it all here but to anyone reading, book this place. You will not regreat it. We paid 3€ for taxi from the airport for 4 of us which in my mind is reasonable, we werent pushed to buy all sorts of stuff at the pool which gave us a moment to relax from the crazy sale tactics from outside the hotel. Incredible stay and excellent service. After a long journey and a long Christmas marathon back home, we were ready for some quality time. This Resort was outstanding! We relaxed at the beach with coffee and snacks and walked through the garden until we hit different restaurants for the evening. Thank You to Hanna specially and the rest of the team!
