The property was in a great location (1 stop on the tube to the O2), had everything you would need and amazing staff. Would highly recommend!!

Location, Decoration, Attention to Details, Staffs, all very good! I happened to stay when there was a Tube strike, the staff by the entrance went above and beyond, got me a cab from blocks away. I needed to make the business meeting and thanks to him I was able to make it on time. Thank you so much for the staffs, I recommend this hotel 100%. Also the neighborhood of Marylebone is really cute and filled with lovely shops and restaurants. There is even a farmers market on Sundays. Worth checking it out!

Maybe not much of a view but we were only there one night. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom had everything that was needed and was very new looking. Breakfast was self service and the food was good.

The food was good, and all the staff were wonderful, communicating kindly both in person and through messages. The hotel was peaceful despite its location on a busy street near Primark. I also appreciated the warm welcome with a complimentary drink.
