Rooms and hotel are super well designed. Luxury for 3 star, super clean and we even did not have the highest level and still are room is very big. You are at the sea, there is a nice bar, great restaurants on 1 minute walking distance. Also the staff and owner are incredibly nice and sweet. Super good tips and always smiling.

First time we went to Halkidiki and definitely we will come again! Agapaki studios is very modern and comfortable place to stay. Everything is new, we have found anything we needed. Communication with the hosts was very easy and productive. Mariam from reception was very kind and helpful. She can speak in few languages so people can easily communicate with her and get any help they may need. I highly recommend Agapaki Studios to anyone who prefers to live in modern, comfortable and clean house, just like me). Beautiful beaches around, bakery, kiosk is very close to the building. 10 minutes of walk to the taverns and town center. Always ample space for parking as well. In one word - hopefully we will find any available apartments next time we'll have holiday because with such a high level of cleanliness and comfort, everything will be booked I'm afraid. We rented a kayak and rested on longe chairs We rented in the shaded tree area at the nearby Lagomandra beach , even though the hotel has a private beach area). We enjoyed the fact that the place is for adults only. Guy, the chef was lovely. The food was fresh and well seasoned. We eat a vegan diet and they made accommodation for us, but it would be wonderful if there were a few more options.

Parking is hard in all Neos Marmars but here you get a better chance because it's in a flat area and wider. I love the fact that between us and the sea there's a soccer field. Good fridge. Rooftop amazing! The coffee is good. Take the paid one it's worth it

The pools are nice, and the place is spacious enough to dine, cook or just live in it. It gets my recommendation.
