We were only there for one night, passing through, so I can't comment on the location or the kitchen accessories.

The beach is not one of the best in greece, the sand was rocky but the view is amazing and also its right at your doorstep :) Also very close to the beach in neos marmaras, which is one of the best at this side of sitonia. Location is good, 10 min walk from Paradisos beach, 20 min from N. Marmaras beach, and few minutes from the promenade by the sea. At the end of August didn't have a problem finding parking spot, every day there was some available right in front of the studio. Every few days the room was cleaned, bed sheets and towels were changed. Host was kind, everything was as agreed, and the check-in/out procedure is simple.
