We liked the cleaning facilities, the warm welcome, the thermal pool, the cool jacuzzi. We liked everything. But the big surprise was during the dinner. The hotel is living up with its 5- Star category. Upon entering, you can sense the elegance, and it really smells good wherever you go. The ambiance, the staffs esp. receptionists and watchers at the poolside. Everyone’s very welcoming. Although we came at 11:30, way too early for check-in, to our surprise they gave us the room assigned to us.

Dinner and breakfast were amazing. Had a nice massage, though we forgot to book ahead and only one of us were able to be massaged. Great service. Nice pools.
