Beautiful view and pool over looking the jungle! The staff were incredible, so friendly and always happy to help, they definitely went above and beyond. The room and facility were simply beautiful. Would definitely stay again. We traveled by scooter and it was about a 10 to 15 minute ride from Ubud town. Thank you all for making a stay memorable 🙏

After staying at Renaissance in Cancun, I was expecting the one in Nusa Dua to be as great, and I was not disappointed. Spent 8 nights at the hotel and my Birthday was a week away when we checked in. They made me feel special every day before my Birthday. Sindu, Alit and Arys were super helpful at the restaurant and treated me with goodies. 🙂 Hendri made a really tasty affogato at the bar and all in all the restaurant staff were ALL super friendly and helpful. Just could not remember everybody's name ☺️ Room service was amazing too. Fresh towels, immaculate room every day. Gede the pool guy was friendly and helpful too, enjoyed a conversation with him, very ambitious young man! I am definitely going back to this hotel.

Staff is just wonderful (it's a common note in most of the Bali island, the people are just super nice). Food was great, i actually found my all time favorite "healthy food" - you've got to try the Avocado Tartar :-)

Boasting an à la carte restaurant, Amnaya Resort Kuta provides comfortable accommodations with free in-room WiFi access in Kuta. The room is tastefully decorated. The breakfast is phenomenal. And most importantly, the service is top notch. Ms Widi gave us a very warm welcome when escorting us to our room. She also served us breakfast the next morning very attentively.
