The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

The Tamara Coorg is a 5-star property about 8 km from Nalkanad Palace and Thadiandamol. I loved the nature and the harmony of the hotel with the nature. The staff were really supportive, I would like to name of them in the restaurant, Sohrab, who was very polite and supportive.

Had a very comfortable stay. We were there to celebrate our parents ' anniversary and the staff had done a good job with all the decoration and even got us a lovely cake. Just like the name, the place is quite serene. One of the rooms had a really beautiful view.. The highlight was the staff. they were wonderful and really hospitable. Thank you Mr Ashok, Atsa, Aritra, Chef Bhandari, the other female chef who made those tasty akki rotis and coorgi chicken curry, Lizzy , Sandhya and others, for making us feel so welcome. The breakfast had good range and the open air seats were so good. The ambience and greenery around the property was super. Rooms were spacious and clean.
