First of all, the place immediately felt very clean and welcoming. A wonderful fragrance fills the entire lobby. The ladies at the reception gave us a warm welcome. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant area is our favorite. The food is excellent and of the highest quality, and the dining staff is very helpful, polite, and attentive to every need. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager, Suresh, who was always attentive and patient, and to his assistant, Muthuraj, who was very kind and sweet. We highly recommend this enchanting place surrounded by nature.

One of the highlights of our trip was the Jeep Safari they arranged for us, which added a sense of adventure to our relaxing getaway. The serene and tranquil ambiance of the property left us feeling completely calm and rejuvenated. Falcon Crest is not only a beautiful place to stay but also incredibly safe, which made our trip worry-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat amidst nature! Every aspect of our stay was extraordinary, from the thoughtful details to the outstanding hospitality of the team, especially the delightful Francis. The location, ambiance and overall experience were impeccable. A beautiful place in every possible sense.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is great, surrounded by lush greenery that creates a peaceful, rainforest-like atmosphere—especially from the balcony. Our room was perfect, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The only minor downside is the proximity to the road; while we didn’t hear any noise from our room, lower levels might. Overall, a fantastic and relaxing experience!
