We were a family of five who were lucky enough to spend part of our summer holiday here, and the stay could not have been better. Both children and adults had a wonderful time – whether in the pool or out in the beautiful nature surrounded by animals. The hosts welcomed us with warmth and knowledge that truly made the visit special. We also learned a lot about the area and its history, and as an extra treat we were allowed to taste their own wine – an experience in itself. A fantastic place with genuine charm and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Set in Bolsena in the Lazio region and Duomo Orvieto reachable within 25 km, AgriResidence L'Antica Fattoria - sul Lago offers accommodation with free WiFi, a children's playground, a private beach... We were looking for peace and quiet and found it there. There are private beaches, lots of greenery and private pool. The whole area is beautifully maintained and we got to taste their honey, it was so good! The house has all the necessary things and Giulio is great! Also the nearest town is a 3 minute drive away and we liked to explore it. We loved everything about it!

Located on the shores of Lake Bolsena, Le Naiadi Park Hotel features 2 free-form pools and a Lazio restaurant. Family owned and operated Hotel with excellent customer interaction. Reception spoke good English. We stayed in room 102 for two nights. The hotel was modern, clean and bright, as was our room. There was lots of secure parking available. Breakfast was extensive, good quality with an impressive presentation. Dining room was large, bright and well laid out. Unfortunately we did not experience dinner at the hotel but if breakfast was a guide we missed out on a good dinner. The views over the Lake are great and there's a nice walk available along the foreshore into the well established town.

In central Bolsena, Ai Platani Hotel is near the Monaldeschi Castle, 200 metres from the Sanctuary, and a 550 metres from Lake Bolsena. Rooms offer air conditioning and a 32" flat-screen TV. Beautifully presented rooms, lovely bathrooms, friendly staff, late checkin. Almost a fairytale feel to this hotel, and it's walking distance to the lake. Easy parking for my large van.

Offering a garden and garden view, AIR B&B PLEASANT MOMENTS is set in Bolsena, 16 km from Civita di Bagnoregio and 36 km from Villa Lante. Big spacious room, beds were comfortable, wish we had longer to enjoy the area.
