I booked 2 rooms (premier deluxe twin) for 3 nights in December 2024. Hakodate is my first stop in my 2 weeks Hokkaido trip. The breakfast is so very exceptional! This hotel’s exceptional breakfast sets the standard so high that none of the hotels in our Hokkaido trip could match. When we had our breakfast in our next destination (in Noboribetsu), my elder son’s face is so black! Hahaha! If you are planning your trip, you might want to put this hotel as the last hotel. Room is of good size. Bright and gives very good view. Beds are comfy. Toilets are very clean. The onsen pools are new and big. In my trip, my favourite onsen pool is Noboribetsu Grand Hotel’s sulphur pool. If I am back in Hakodate, I will stay in this hotel again.

PJs, bath towel amentities were excellent bonus! My room came with a washer and dryer which was really useful. We had free parking everyday as it was not crowded. Everything was perfect during our stay.

Location, room, facilities, and the staff. We booked this hotel as base for when we go to the Asahiyama Zoo and all the spots in Biei and Furano. Stayed there with family. So upon check-in, the hotel already exceeded expectations. I love that there were plenty of amenities for everyone-- onsen, gym, kids' room, bike rentals. There were 3 washer-dryers in the hotel too. As for the room, it was spacious and has good layout! Booked a Deluxe King and given a room at the third floor. When you step out of the hotel, there is a soba place nearby ran by a lovely couple. And the view is overlooking the town. I did some night running during our stay and even though there were only a few people, it felt safe. A few blocks away was a Lawson. The breakfast buffet was adequate and had tasty options.

From the moment we pulled up to the property, we were spoiled. The staff were attentive and thoughtful. The building and garden were beautiful. The room itself was clean and so cost. Meals were absolutely delectable and served in generous portions as well.

Very Spacious, well maintained and equipped property. There’s 2 washing machines, 1 dryer and dishwasher! There’s ample utensils, cups, wine glasses, plates, bowls, etc 2 shower room, 2 toilets which is a major plus for big groups.
