Colazione buona ed abbondante, camere grandi e pulite, bellissima la piscina ed anche il ristorante è di ottimo livello. Aggiungo che sono stati talmente gentili da permetterci anche di farci una doccia la sera prima di partire per la notte in autobus.

Interior is immaculate, and everything in the room works properly and is good quality. Linens pillows are super clean and nice. AC is a super cooling efficient unit. The breakfast buffet is fresh & delicious as well as items off the menu. The dining area, by the pool, has ample room and seating. My stay this time was my 2nd and is my favorite Hotel in Siem Reap. EXceptional Value.

The staff were kind and provided excellent service. Airport transfer can be arranged in advance by sending a message through Booking.com chat. Responses are quick and reliable. A full-day tuk-tuk tour to Angkor Wat was also arranged at the front desk after arrival, even for the next day. The price was reasonable. The location is a bit far from the night market and Pub Street, but tuk-tuks can be easily found using Grab. It takes about 5 minutes and costs around 1 USD. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is buffet-style and available early in the morning, which is convenient before sightseeing. Note that installing WhatsApp and Grab in advance are highly recommended. For WhatsApp, it is useful for communication with the front desk, and also with tuk-tuk drivers for temple tours. Grab is must-have, it is no need to negotiate price with tuk-tuk drivers. Always cheap, clear, and easy to use. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

The hotel owners were incredibly welcoming. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a complimentary drink and a plate of fresh fruit. They even remembered my name! While relaxing by the pool, they anticipated my needs, regularly bringing me water without my request. Breakfast, included in the stay, offered a diverse selection, including Khmer, American, and Continental options. The Khmer-style mansion itself is a stunning and authentic masterpiece, reminiscent of Angkor Wat in its intricate details. The spacious room boasted an exceptionally comfortable bed. I am truly impressed by the ambiance and the exceptional hospitality.
