Located in Valladolid, Casa Xu´unan offers accommodation with seating area. The property features pool and garden views, and is 44 km from Chichen Itza. Clean and quiet room, amazing breakfast, very convenient location with everything within a walking distance. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Parking is available on site. I've seen some reviews that it can be noisy due to the cars passing by, but the room we stayed in was in the furthest corner of the property, so we didn't experience any of that, especially considering that we kept the windows closed because we were using the AC.

Hotel Boutique Casa Flor de Mayo is an elegant and peaceful eight room property located within walking distance to all the attractions, restaurants, cultural events offered in the historic center and... It is really very nice boutique hotel, with a lot of personal touch! We loved every detail of it! It is close to the center and in the same time in a very quiet zone so you can sleep perfectly fine. We loved the personnel as they made our stay really nice! They helped us get around and gave lots of advices. Highly recommend the hotel if you are in Merida.
