Everything about the property is peaceful and inviting. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night!

This was our second time in Citybox. Both times we came to the hotel after midnight and were let inside in less than a minute! This means a lot when you travel with a baby. The room was very clean. The staff is pleasant and helpfull. Easy self check-in. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Kristiansand!

Just 8 minutes’ walk from Kristiansand’s Markensgate shopping street, this Scandic hotel is located by the small Bystranda beach. Guests can enjoy free WiFi, an on-site restaurant and a hotel bar. The hotel is very nice, very clean. The family room was perfect with two bunk beds and fantastic view on the titular bystranda. The breakfast was perfect. There even was a wafflemaker with waffles concoction. Perfect, very Scandinavian! What's also great is that the hotel is connected with Aquarama aqua park so you don't have to leave the building when you're going there. You can also lend towels at the reception since Aquarama doesn't provide them.

Thon Hotel Norge is newly renovated, and all rooms and meeting facilities, as well as the reception and restaurant has been upgraded. Located in city centre. We were welcomed with baby bed as requested. Room was clean, big and well equipped. Cleaning ladies are polite and happy to assist.

The hotel is a central part of the cityscape, and is an ideal choice for hollidays, conferences, events, group trips, etc. Great location near shopping center and grocery stores . Bed very comfortable. Electric Kettle. Very friendly staff.
