The Best Western Sur is located in the picturesque city of Sur, famous as an old fishing village and traditional manufacturer of dhows. The best hotel for all of our stay in Oman. We booked 3 rooms for our group of 6 people. It's not just our rooms, but the entire hotel is very clean. The bathroom was also clean and smelled great. The location was convenient for us to explore the beaches close to Sur. We went to a hidden beach called Al-Khesah which is about 30 mins drive from the hotel. The beach was pristine and completely empty. This is no doubt one of best beaches I've ever been to. It is also convenient to drive to Bidiyah from this hotel.

We used the pool that was quite good after a long drive. Breakfast was exceptional and staff encouraged us to take along some fruit that we had not consumed during the sitting. The morning of our departure we saw a baby turtle that had hatched during the night and wandered the wrong way from the sea.
