We had a wonderful 3 days here. The staff were all so helpful, respectful and cheerful. My friend has mobility issues and uses a rollator. After the buggy collected us from the restaurant, where the food was excellent, and returned us to reception the rollator was waiting for her at the bottom of the ramp. An unexpected and thoughtful gesture. If I had one slightly downbeat comment to make it would be that yoghurt and freshly cooked eggs would be a great addition to breakfast. All in all, a gem of a hotel - great value for money, super clean, great dinners but, most of all, staff who couldn't do enough for us. Well done!

Bed is soft with many comfy pillows, and the bathroom is fully equipped with a good shower and full range of toiletries. Breakfast is also in a gorgeous and cozy space overlooking the river. For the price, the full experience here is pretty unbeatable.
