This is such a lovely hotel -- it absolutely exceeded my expectations. Things I loved: -- The hotel is new (I heard it opened 6 months ago?) and it shows in how nice and clean the facilities are. I got a beautifully designed, modern room. I originally received a room facing construction and they were happy to switch it to a room with a beautiful view of the city. -- All of the staff was so kind, friendly, and helpful. -- They have an ADORABLE robot butler named Henry! The staff sent him up with a complimentary cookie shaped like the robot itself. He makes cute, R2D2-like noises when he drops off your stuff and asks you how your stay went. This was definitely a highlight of my stay. -- They give you a voucher for a free wine or beer to redeem at the rooftop bar. -- They have a nice cafe next to the lobby where they serve Craftsman & Wolves pastries. The design is so airy and open, and the cafe is very quiet and serene. -- Great location, right next to Oracle Park, only 15 min drive to SFO. The surrounding area is super safe and within walkable distance of lots of nice restaurants and cafes.

Ideally set in San Francisco, citizenM San Francisco Union Square features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a restaurant. Staff were very kind and helpful. Hotel was very clean and in the middle of the city. Location was very good for traveling around the city. Service was very good and very comfortable.

Everything was good, I arrived in the middle of the night, and the check in was still easy and simple. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable.

Set in Santa Rosa and with Sonoma State Historic Park reachable within 39 km, Hampton Inn & Suites Santa Rosa Sonoma Wine Country offers an outdoor swimming pool, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a... Super clean and really great staff. Penny was awesome and made my check in flawless.

This is an unconventional hotel but better for. Strong French theme which works well and themed decorations and fittings. Important basics, cleanliness, bed and bedding, bathroom and towels are good. Breakfast is low key but healthy and fresh. Coffee very good. It's quiet, easy to get to with good restaurants nearby. Try it. Keep an open mind it will surprise you in a good wY.

Friendly, welcoming staff, and amazing location with many hangout spots. The cabin was clean, and very spacious with fire place.
