The staff from the entry door to the info desk and beyond, were all super lively, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the view from beach side was breathtaking. The beach is literally couple of steps away from the Hotel. The gym and swimming were clean and so well-maintained. The restaurant offered a variety of food for breakfast everyday. Super satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend it!

This property is 1 minute walk from the beach. The Hotel offers elegantly well-appointed rooms and suites with great views toward the ocean and the city. Well staffed in all the areas, good levels of spoken English and very courteous and polite. It felt like nothing was too much trouble and so it was excellent customer care. Breakfast buffet had a very good choice on offer. Pool was clean and plenty of loungers during our stay. We booked an airport shuttle which was very comfortable and punctual, the driver was very polite and offered us water for our flight.

Halina is always awesome. We always book here whenever we are in Da Nang. Staff are very nice and they are all very helpful. At breakfast they make sure everything is okay and they talk to guests as if we are family members. Loving it here 💛
