The room was excellent, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Everything was available inside the room. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices of sumptuous food. food prices for room service is also cheap. The staffs are so friendly. Ms. Chau (supervisor) is very commendable. She was so helpful and provided us details with regards to weather and the best time to visit Fansipan; where to buy souvenirs at cheap price, etc. She even arrange our transport to Halong Bay and handed us gift and a THANK YOU note. The hotel is well recommended. Given a chance to visit Sapa, we will definitely come back to Pistachio Hotel, it is just perfect!

Perched majestically on a picturesque hilltop, amidst floating clouds, Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa offers an exceptional blend of local culture, French Indochina architecture, and vibrant Sapa... Everything, the hotel was beautiful in every way. We even got a free 2 hours karaoke in a huge room. Breakfast was good and the pool was lovely.

The hotel was amazing, the rooms are clean and the valley view was wonderful. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Location is 5 minutes away from Sapa town and they have shuttles every 2 hours. I highly recommend this hotel. They also have free shuttles to the Alpibe coaster.
