A truly remarkable experience, 5 star services and the stuff was always friendly and willing to help you. The best 5 star hotel I've stayed at during my entire HK and North to South Vietnam trip, very large spacious room with excellent mountainside view. Reception staff super accommodating, also additional staff coming around during breakfast time offering coffee to be made by them. Reception also were very informative about things to do and see. Shuttle very easy to organise via Whatsapp message.

Everything, super comfy bed, excellent location in the city, amazing staff (they arrange the guided Fansipan day hike for us, for a better price than online), fast wifi, everyday room service and delicious breakfast with plenty of fruit available. Their team is fantastic, we could do an early check-in at 5 am without previous notice. Also, there was a mistake with our hike medals and they postage them to Hanoi for us!

The location is good it is near some great restaurants and attractions. You will have a nice view of the villages and the rice fields down there. The room was nice and clean, the restaurant and free breakfast was fantastic it has a lot of varieties and options must of all they care for Muslims and halal food. The staff were so nice and helpful with checking in and out they even advised us to leave the baggage in the lobby and they give you an umbrella everytime you go outside. I really enjoyed my stay there and wish that I stayed longer.

Location was amazing, right next to the rice fields. It was so serene and beautiful. The host was so nice and welcoming. If I’m ever in Sapa again, I’d definitely stay here again.

By far the best choice for you, been here for a couple of days with friends, from the beginning when we arrived at the middle with them making sure we have everything with a huge smile and kindness. An unfortunate event when a local crashed my friend with a bike took a turn when the hotel staff intervened and helpd with everything we needed from talking and helping us with the police threw the payment that the local didn’t wanted to pay at the beginning, definitely will come back and recommend.
